Who we are

Our team is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the veteran community. Our director and founder, Nick Kashon, leads our mission with passion and purpose. Alongside him is an incredible group of individuals who are committed to supporting and uplifting veterans. Our team includes co-founder Nicole Spires, as well as Larry and Jana Minks, Carter Wilson, and Heather Barajas. Together, we work to create awareness, provide support, and stand beside those who have served our country.

Three of our team members are veterans themselves, making our mission deeply personal and close to home. Our founder, Nick Kashon, proudly served in the United States Air Force and is a Desert Storm veteran. Team member Larry Minks also served in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm. Our third veteran, Carter Wilson, served in the United States Marine Corps and is an Iraq War veteran. Their firsthand experiences and dedication to service continue to inspire and guide our work in supporting the veteran community.
